## Description

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Source, evaluate, and purchase M&E materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements.  
\- Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.  
\- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.  
\- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.  
\- Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and any discrepancies.  
\- Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.  
\- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management review.  
\- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.  
\- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.  
\- Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in the construction or M&E industry.  
\- Experience purchasing M&E materials is preferred.  
\- Good knowledge of M&E products, suppliers, and the local construction market.  
\- Strong negotiation and communication skills.  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).  
\- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
