Job responsibilities:  
\- Execute trades across multiple asset classes, including bonds and options, ensuring optimal execution and adherence to trading strategies.  
\- Monitor market conditions and provide timely insights and recommendations to the investment team.  
\- Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement trading strategies that align with the firm's investment objectives.  
\- Maintain and enhance relationships with brokers and counterparties to ensure access to liquidity and competitive pricing.  
\- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all trading activities.  
\- Analyze trade performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.  
\- Contribute to the development and improvement of trading systems and processes.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.  
\- 2-5 years of experience in dealing, with a focus on bonds or options or bond & equity products (candidates with equity dealing only background will NOT be considered).  
\- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.  
\- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.  
\- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.  
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
