## Description

Join a PMC to head quality, QMS & audits on Johor data centre hyper scale site. 5 days on-site. Drive zero-defect delivery. Open to PMC / Main con / Tier-1 Sub cub contractor backgrounds. Priority for JB based candidates.

What you will do:  
\-Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers across all project phases.  
\-Review Quality Management Systems (QMS), Project Quality Plans, and Method Statements.  
\-Manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and non-conformance reports.  
\-Conduct internal audits and internal quality competency training sessions.  
\-Lead daily site assessments to ensure total standard compliance.  
\-Maintain accurate quality records, NCRs, and executive reports.  
  
Experience you need / About You:  
\-Civil Engineering degree or relevant construction qualifications required.  
\-Welcoming applicants from PMCs, main contractors, or Tier-1 contractors.  
\-Great education credentials considered in lieu of long experience.  
\-Paperwork management, reporting skills, and site coordination are essential.  
\-Obtain team buy-in for quality protocols and site standards.
