### Why We Need You

Every month, thousands of leads (between 600-1000/week) all from our email list register to attend our weekly live webinars. They’re hungry for change, searching for structure, and ready to reclaim their time.

Many of them join the webinar and raise their hand to learn more about our Double Win Coaching program; but 90% of them don’t- and that’s where you come in.

As our Enrollment Development Advisor, you’ll guide these inbound leads - real people already taking their first step toward a more intentional life - through warm, consultative outreach and conversations that help them see the value in having a 1:1 conversation with an enrollment advisor on our team. 

You’ll likely be their first human connection to the Double Win.

### This Is Not a Typical SDR Role

In most SDR roles you’re handed you a script, a CRM, and a list of random old leads. Your job is simply to follow the process.

This role is different.

The core responsibility is still simple: start conversations, qualify opportunities, and book strategy sessions for our Enrollment Advisors.

But you'll also have a unique opportunity to help us build this entire department alongside our Sales Director.

The opportunity is already here.

Every week, between 600-1,000 professionals from our email list register for our webinars. These are warm leads who already know, like, and trust the Full Focus brand. Our challenge isn't finding prospects.

Our challenge is helping more of the right people take the next step. And we do not have the humans on our side to do it. That’s where you come in!

You'll work directly with our Sales Director to test messaging, improve outreach sequences, explore AI tools, refine automations, and help create a world-class enrollment pipeline and system that crushes like clockwork each week.

You don't need to be an AI programmer or an expert marketer.

But you should be someone who enjoys asking questions like:

• How could we improve this process?  
• Is there a better way to follow up?  
• Could AI help us personalize this?  
• What can we automate?  
• What's causing prospects to disengage?

## Requirements

### What You’ll Do

-   Book calls for our enrollment advisors with consistent outreach (email, call & SMS) to 3 warm audience lists weekly: 

-   Webinar registrants who didn’t attend 
-   Webinar registrants who left before the pitch 
-   Webinar registrants who didn’t book calls after the pitch 

-   Ensure the calls you have booked show up to their call prepared 
-   Communicate the value of booking a 1:1 call today
-   Collaborate with our Sales Director (+ marketing ops team) to build out the Enrollment Development Advisor system 
-   Represent the heart and mission of Full Focus—modeling what it means to truly “win at work and flourish at life

### What will you sell?

You’ll primarily be selling a 1:1 strategy session with one of our Enrollment Advisors. Once on that call, if a fit, the prospect will learn about our proven, 12 month Double Win Coaching Experience. This hands-on coaching program helps high achievers escape burnout, regain control, and live intentionally - achieving professional goals without sacrificing relationships, health, or peace.

### Who will you work with?

You will report directly to Marissa, Will, our World-Class High-Ticket Sales Director who has held more than 13,000 high ticket sales calls and coached multiple Inc. 5000 sales teams. You’ll also learn directly from our existing all-star closers, Scoty and Wendy. We’re a small, and noble, collaborative team of 12 employees and have an unheard-of retention rate within our industry. 

### Where will you work?

Anywhere you want. While much of our team is in Nashville, many of us work remotely and are scattered around North America from the islands of Hawaii  to sweet home Alabama. 

That means you have the flexibility to work from home, or a coworking location, or to take the family to Rome for the summer and work from your terrace overlooking the Colosseum. Just keep in mind your calendar will need to reflect normal U.S. 9 a.m.–5 p.m. availability. 

### You will own 2 primary metrics as an Enrollment Advisor:

1.  \# of Set Calls/Week 
2.  70%+ Pick-up Rate of Appointments Booked

### Those 2 primary metrics will be supported by a number of strategic activities:

1.  Following our outreach protocol/process to land consistent, qualified calls onto our Enrollment Advisors calendars (including automation: voicemail drops, SMS funnels, email sequences + manual human touch: dialing, texting, email) 
2.  Effective pre-call communication to increase the number of leads that attend the call prepared to talk about the program
3.  Continually testing, refining and optimizing the Enrollment Development Advisor system 

### Requirements

-   You have 2-plus years success as an SDR/Setter—i.e., 2-plus years direct sales experience ideally in a short sales cycle like door to door; phone sales; solar sales; credit card processing sales; online training program sales, SaaS sales, etc.
-   You are not afraid of AI/Tech to make your role more efficient & simpler to manage 
-   You think like an owner - not just an operator 
-   You love applying a proven strategy and creating an open dialogue with the client about whether they see the value
-   You love making offers, closing deals, and know how to navigate the “maybe reach out to me another time”
-   You are good with words - and know what it takes to get people to take action 
-   You are hungry to earn uncapped commissions.
-   You take ownership for your results.
-   You know how to run a clean sales process and are good at managing pipelines and opportunities.
-   You are an extremely hard worker who doesn’t “show up” and “hope someone signs up” but comes early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to book calls and close deals
-   You love transactional selling and don’t feel the need to be “friends” with prospects. You know how to close a deal and don’t live in a never-ending cycle of “follow up.”
-   You want to grow within an organization & are excited for the opportunities of stepping into managing, directing or direct selling 

-   Ideally, you live in one of the four North American time zones
-   You are available 9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday for work.

-   All of your leads are inbound and have recently (within the last 4 days) just signed up to join a live webinar training 
-   Base + uncapped commissions 
-   Regular bonus opportunities every month based on total call booking volume
