## Description

**About the role:**

As an Associate in Portfolio Management, you play a vital role in supporting the portfolio management members in the effective execution of investment strategies. You assist in the daily operations of portfolio management, as well as with marketing and distribution strategy of the funds in line with applicable EU and local regulations (AIFMD, CBDF Regulation), ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes align with regulatory standards. By collaborating closely with senior members and third-party investment advisors, you contribute to the development of investment recommendations that drive the success of our funds. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring investment performance and identifying potential areas for improvement.

This position is based in Luxembourg and reports directly to the Manager in Portfolio Management and to the Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management and Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Introduce and review static data points of portfolio companies, financial information, and valuation data at the target fund level, ensuring alignment with signed and executed documents.
-   Ensure data points are accurately introduced and updated in the Asset Details section of the investment process and platform, following quarterly reviews.

-   Verify the proper execution of Investment Committee (IC) decisions by collecting post-IC documentation and proof of ownership (e.g., target funds, private equities).
-   Monitor investment restrictions to prevent breaches and ensure proper documentation is maintained at each NAV calculation frequency.
-   Prepare payment instructions where applicable, ensure proper monitoring until final settlement, and update the payment date in the platform.

-   Oversee the registration and passporting process for fund distribution across jurisdictions, including notification and de-notification procedures.
-   Approve and supervise marketing materials and investor communications to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with the fund’s objectives and risk disclosures.
-   Escalate identified issues during the monitoring period to the relevant committees (e.g., FOMC, CO, BOM) to facilitate appropriate actions.

## Requirements

**Skills & Behaviours:**

-   Strong ability to analyse financial data and legal documentation related to fund operations.
-   Basic knowledge of valuation models applicable to Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Fund of Funds (FoF).
-   Effective verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
-   Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of work.
-   Collaborative mindset with a positive and proactive approach to supporting the unit.
