- **Build private wealth channels:** Develop and grow relationships with HNW investors, financial advisors and private bankers as a distribution and investment channel.
- **Deepen existing relationships:** Serve as the senior relationship owner for key funding partners and investors, increasing commitments, tenors and product participation over time while managing executive level engagement and escalations.

- **Develop new investment products:** Work with Product and private wealth channels to develop investment products and structures tailored to HNW and private wealth investors.
- **Own funding performance:** Build and manage a structured funding pipeline and ensure execution against funding raise, AUM and committed capital targets.
- **Manage investor servicing and reporting:** Own investor reporting, covenant monitoring, compliance and performance updates across funding facilities and investor mandates.
- **Drive cross functional execution:** Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, Finance, Product and Operations to ensure smooth drawdowns, servicing and reporting, while anticipating and resolving issues before they escalate.
- **Optimise the capital base:** Partner with Credit, Risk and Product to ensure funding structures align with unit economics, pricing, credit risk and liquidity strategy, while supporting funding diversification, long term liquidity planning and cost of funds optimisation.
- **Represent Funding Societies:** Act as a senior representative of Funding Societies Malaysia with banks, investors, rating agencies where relevant, regulators and external counsel.
- **Lead and build the team:** Develop a high performing funding and investor relations team, while working effectively across functions and the broader regional organisation.
