**Here's what you'll be doing!**

-   The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
-   You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape.
-   You’ll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
-   You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.

## Requirements

### **Basic Technical Skills**

-   Foundational computer knowledge on **Windows or Mac** platforms
-   A genuine interest in troubleshooting, learning, and growing in IT

-   Must be able to **commute daily** to our office located in **Arlington, VA**
