## Description

As a hotel cost controller, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all cost-related aspects of the hotel’s operations. This includes overseeing food and beverage costs, managing inventory, evaluating supplier pricing, and implementing internal controls to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

**What you’ll do** 

-   Monitor daily food & beverage cost percentages and investigate variances  

-   Conduct regular inventory audits (F&B, materials, operating supplies)  

-   Analyze purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts  

-   Ensure proper cost allocation and adherence to budget  

-   Work closely with chefs and department heads to optimize menu costing and pricing  

-   Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality  

-   Prepare monthly cost reports and present insights to management  

-   Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures  

-   Support budgeting and forecasting processes  

-   Implement and maintain cost control systems in line with industry standards (e.g., USALI)

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field  

-   2–5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in hospitality  

-   Strong knowledge of F&B operations and inventory systems  

-   Familiarity with hotel financial standards (e.g., USALI)  

-   Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/POS systems 

-   Ability and willingness to travel to destinations where the company operates hotels.
