## Description

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, coordinating the team schedule, and supporting the smooth operation of the department.

**What you’ll do** 

-   Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff 

-   Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards 

-   Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues when necessary 

-   Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations 

-   Train and guide housekeeping employees to maintain service quality 

-   Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment 

-   Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment, ideally in a 5\* hotel environment 

-   Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks 

-   Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products 

-   Excellent organizational and team management skills 

-   Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
