As a Beach Waiter you will take orders and deliver food and beverages, ensuring the quality of the food and overall guest experience is excellent.

**What you’ll do** 

-   Receive orders and serve guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail 

-   Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients 

-   Upsell food, beverages and drinks when suitable 

-   Ensure that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction 

-   Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests 

-   Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and follow all health and safety company regulations 

-   Collect payments 

-   Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience

## Requirements

-   Previous relative work experience, preferably in a 5\* hotel environment 

-   Excellent knowledge of English language 

-   Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. POS) 

-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment 

-   Active listening and effective communication skills 

-   Team spirit
