# Coverholder Due Diligence Analyst

## Description

G MASS Consulting is looking for a Coverholder Due Diligence Analyst to support one of our clients, a services business supporting the London Market insurance sector.

Sitting within the delegated authority team, this role will provide additional capacity in the run-up to 1 January and throughout the renewal period, helping ensure coverholder due diligence reviews are completed accurately and on time.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete coverholder due diligence reviews, with a particular focus on renewals
-   Review ownership, financial standing, licensing, compliance arrangements and operational controls
-   Identify gaps, follow up on outstanding information and escalate risks for review
-   Liaise with coverholders, brokers and relevant client teams to progress reviews
-   Maintain accurate records and manage review deadlines throughout the renewal period

## Requirements

-   Minimum two years’ relevant experience in coverholder due diligence within the London Market
-   Good understanding of delegated authority arrangements and coverholder oversight
-   Experience reviewing due diligence submissions, identifying risks and documenting findings
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines during a busy renewal period
-   Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
