## Description

### **Available Shifts & Flexibility**

We are currently looking to fill several key time slots. We are open to discussing a schedule that fits your life—whether you are looking for a consistent 3 or 4-day work week or weekend service only. For a servers at our assisted living facility you must be over the age of 18 and not a college student looking solely for summer employment.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Lead the dining room flow to ensure residents receive timely and accurate meal service.
-   Foster a welcoming, respectful, and patient atmosphere for our residents.

-   Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to accommodate dietary preferences and needs.

A comfortable dining experience starts with a pristine environment. Our Lead Servers are responsible for the "total look" of the dining room. Your duties will include:

-   **Table Presentation:** Ensuring all tables are properly set, aligned, and inviting before every meal.
-   **Linens & Floors:** Changing and laundering tablecloths as needed and ensuring dining room floors are kept clean and debris-free.
-   **Sanitation:** Assisting with the thorough cleaning of the dining area and service stations after each shift.
