## Description

We are looking for an **Associate Product Manager** to join our growing Product team. This is a foundational role for someone who is passionate about technology, loves solving complex puzzles, and wants to learn the craft of product management from the ground up.

You will act as the "glue" between engineering, design, marketing, and customer support. You won’t just be managing tickets; you will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining features, and helping to execute the product roadmap. If you are a proactive self-starter with a bias for action, this is the perfect opportunity to grow into a world-class PM.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Product Execution:** Work closely with Senior PMs and Engineering to break down high-level features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- **Research & Discovery:** Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- **Data Analysis:** Monitor product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) to measure the success of launched features and inform future iterations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Design to create wireframes and with Marketing/Sales to ensure smooth go-to-market launches.
- **Backlog Management:** Help prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team is always working on the highest-value tasks.
- **Voice of the Customer:** Act as an internal advocate for the user, ensuring customer feedback is central to the development process.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

- **Experience:** 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related field (e.g., QA, Engineering, UX, or Customer Success).
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Technical Aptitude:** Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with software engineers (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- **Analytical Mindset:** Comfortable working with data to make decisions. Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics is a bonus.
- **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex ideas simply.
- **Mindset:** High ownership, extreme curiosity, and a willingness to get your hands dirty. You are resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.

## Benefits

- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
- Training & Development
- Work From Home
