## Description

**JOB PURPOSE :**

Design intuitive, user centered digital experiences that enhance usability, increase engagement, and align product interfaces with strategic business objectives.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

-   Design user interfaces and experiences across digital products.
-   Conduct user research and usability testing.
-   Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
-   Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver features.
-   Translate product requirements into user centered design solutions.
-   Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
-   Optimize user journeys and interaction flows.
-   Conduct usability analysis and implement design improvements.
-   Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards.
-   Contribute to innovation in digital experience design.

## Requirements

**Education:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field.

**Experience:**

-   Internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience in product design is required.
-   Familiarity with designing digital experiences for web or mobile platforms.
-   Basic understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
-   Ability to collaborate, receive feedback, and work with cross-functional teams.
-   Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and common design tools.
-   A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem solving, and visual design skills.
