## Description

**Job Purpose :**

To support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and insights generation, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of operational performance.

**Accountabilities :**

-    Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and insights.
-    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
-    Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
-   Track and analyze key operational KPIs and performance metrics.
-    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
-   Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
-    Assist in automating reporting and improving data workflows.
-   Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
-   0 - 1 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or reporting roles.
