**Responsibilities**

-   Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop a quality-focused culture and improve QA processes.
-   Plan and execute QA strategies, including manual and automated test cases, aligned with the software testing pyramid.
-   Lead end-to-end testing for cross-functional projects, applying exploratory and regression testing techniques.
-   Monitor, analyze, and report on QA KPIs to ensure product quality and identify improvement opportunities.
-   Proactively define and contribute to QA OKRs, leading initiatives to enhance processes and reduce bugs.
-   Drive quality activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust testing at every stage.
-   Implement and optimize CI/CD practices to streamline testing and delivery processes.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
-   Expertise in agile testing methodologies and tools.
-   Proven experience in testing mobile applications and backend services.
-   Proficiency in automation testing for mobile and API platforms.
-   Knowledge of CI/CD practices and test automation frameworks.
-   Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with attention to detail.
-   Ability to create and manage test plans, strategies, and processes.
-   Proficiency in QA metrics tracking and reporting to drive team performance.
-   Fluency in Arabic and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

-   Experience with shift-left testing and proactive quality improvement techniques.
-   Familiarity with Jira, DataDog, Firebase, GitHub, and other Tech tools.
-   ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or higher.
