## Description

We are hiring **Plastics Machine Operators** for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. **No prior experience is required.** This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts.

Location: Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road)

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor
-   Inspect parts for visible defects
-   Label each part accurately
-   Transport completed parts to designated workstations

**Available Shifts & Pay Rates:**

-   **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16hour

**Key Responsibilities:**

·         Visually inspect plastic parts for defects

·         Wipe, label, and sort finished parts

·         Record counts of approved and rejected parts

·         Trim excess plastic from components

·         Print and apply labels to packaging

·         Maintain clean and organized workstation

**Job Requirements:**

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to stand for up to 10 hours

·         Follow instructions from supervisors accurately

·         Work well independently and as part of a team

·         Dependable and detail-oriented

No experience is necessary—training is provided! This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
