## Description

**Location:** Sterling Heights, MI — near 18 Mile Rd. & Van Dyke Ave.  
**Industry:** Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing

We are currently hiring **Forklift Operators** to join our team at a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Available Shifts & Pay

-   **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — **$17.50/hour ($1.50 Raise after 90 days)**

-   Monday–Friday
-   Weekends and overtime may be required based on production needs

-   **2nd Shift:** 1:00 PM–9:00 PM — **($1.50 Raise after 90 days)**

-   $17.50/hour base pay + $0.75 shift premium
-   Weekends and overtime may be required based on production needs

-   **3rd Shift:** 6:00 PM–2:30 AM — **($1.50 Raise after 90 days)**

-   $17.50/hour base pay + $1.50 shift premium
-   Weekends and overtime may be required based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

-   Safely operate a forklift to move automotive parts and materials throughout the facility
-   Load, unload, stage, and transport materials as directed
-   Supply production lines with necessary materials
-   Inspect materials and loads for damage
-   Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area
-   Perform daily forklift inspections
-   Work efficiently to support production requirements

## Requirements

Requirements

-   Must be able to pass a **national background check**
-   Previous forklift experience preferred
-   Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment
-   Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
-   Reliable attendance and punctuality
-   Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
-   Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus
