## Description

**Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift**

**Location:** Sterling Heights, MI

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated **Machine Operators** to join our manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality and safety.

### Available Shifts

**2nd Shift:** 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.  
**3rd Shift:** 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

### Responsibilities

-   Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
-   Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed.
-   Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
-   Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
-   Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
-   Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
-   Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-   Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
-   Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
-   Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
