Golden Eagle Group’s corporate headquarters is located in Herndon, Virginia approximately 20 miles outside of Washington, D.C. It was here, in 1991, where Golden Eagle Group began operating. From our humble beginnings, our main emphasis has been investments in commercial and residential real estate.

Our projects have included the acquisition, development, construction, and management of real estate, valued at more than $1.2 Billion. Our real estate projects consist of office buildings, hotels, mixed use retail and residential communities.
