**Job Description:**  
We are hiring a **Clinical Director** to provide visionary leadership across our behavioral health and HCBS-aligned clinical services. This executive-level position will oversee clinical strategy, supervision, and quality assurance for Article 31 services, CFTSS, HCBS, and related programs. The Clinical Director will ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high standards of care across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, development of evidence-based protocols, clinical training, outcome monitoring, and interfacing with OMH and Medicaid auditors. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader committed to equity, trauma-informed care, and innovation in community mental health.

**Qualifications:**

-   Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent required
-   7+ years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health settings
-   Expertise in trauma-informed care, child/family systems, and Medicaid programs
-   Strong supervisory and administrative skills
