## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ladies Day Hab Coordinator to lead our Day Habilitation program for women. This position is vital in providing a positive, engaging, and supportive environment where participants can develop skills, socialize, and enjoy community activities.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and oversee daily programs and activities tailored to the interests and needs of female participants.
-   Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that promotes personal growth, independence, and socialization among participants.
-   Collaborate with staff to create individual service plans (ISPs) that address the goals and preferences of each participant.
-   Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal participation and engagement.
-   Coordinate transportation and outings, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
-   Assist in training and supervising staff members, ensuring a high standard of care and support.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and records related to program activities and participant progress.

## Requirements

-   Experience in program coordination, especially within Day Habilitation or similar settings, is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by women with developmental disabilities.
-   Excellent leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage programs and staff.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants, families, and community partners.
-   Ability to create engaging and adaptable programs that reflect the interests of participants.
