## Description

Our client is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in the insurance industry. No prior insurance experience is required, and training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
-   Assist clients with questions regarding insurance policies, coverage, billing, and account information.
-   Process policy updates, renewals, and customer requests while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
-   Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
-   Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members to resolve customer concerns.
-   Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
-   Build positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.

**Qualifications:**

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-   Comfortable working with computers, email, and basic office software.

-   Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
