Therefore, our emphasis on service transcends beyond traditional industry dimensions.  The founder started this company after experiencing a difficult job hunting experience for over three years.  Since then, we’ve grown to provide call center services for over 15 different companies while growing our workforce to over 100 team members to meet service demand. This organization is intended to share the flexible work solution that helped Shannon obtain a rewarding, stable job when she needed it most while still providing value. </p><p>Since setting up her first home-office, Genesis has grown to represent more than 15 different clients in customer care through a collection of call center representatives working from across the country. From customer service to technical support and consumer sales, Genesis meets the demand to enhance the product or service of its clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Moving Forward:</strong> In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve taken aggressive action to ensure the safety of our team members while continuing to deliver quality customer care services.  In addition to paid time off, we offer each of our team members telehealth coverage, a flexible scheduling model, and employment security benefits to help adjust during the global crisis.  Simultaneously, we continue to adapt our industry services through operational agility to meet the evolving needs of our clients while they modify their delivery of products and services.
