Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented **Growth Operations Associate** to support our expanding operations and lead growth-focused initiatives across the organization. _**Key Responsibilities**_

**Operational Support**

-   Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments.
-   Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics.
-   Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.

**Business Development**

-   Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
-   Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.
-   Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.

**Marketing & Outreach**

-   Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients.
-   Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders.
-   Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

**Project Management**

-   Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
-   Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**

-   Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups.
-   Assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed.

## Requirements

-   Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems (experience with EPIC is a plus)

_**Qualifications:**_

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.

-   Experience:

-   A minimum of 2 years in operations, business development, or a comparable role.

-   Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable.

_**Skills:**_

-   Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data analysis tools.

-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

-   Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

-   Analytical thinker with a focus on solving problems and enhancing processes.

-   Capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

-   **Preferred:** Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
