For our latest product, an innovative cloud-based work management solution, we are looking for game-changers, big thinkers, and doers who are ready to join our journey as a **React Developer**. We are a passionate and entrepreneurial group of software enthusiasts, aiming to revolutionize work and resource management. Our new solution is taking us beyond Genetec’s core market, allowing us to delve deeper into our customer operations. With the success of our solution we will start our Alarm Management initiative for Security Center SaaS.

**What your day will look like**

-   Build scalable, stateless cloud architectures with state-of-the-art techniques like Microfrontends and trunk based development hosted in Kubernetes 

-   Build modern, responsive and user-friendly interfaces, considering usability, accessibility, consistency and platform-specific interaction patterns 

-   Think beyond individual components and consider the complete user experience, including loading states, feedback, errors, responsiveness and perceived performance 

-   Collaborate on reusable UI patterns and components to create a consistent experience across the product. Work closely with the broader development team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure constant team alignment and continuous improvement 

-   Participate in conception, implementation, and pragmatic documentation within a Kanban process model 

-   Propose relevant analysis and conceptions to tackle challenging problems 

-   Take part in ongoing code reviews and other quality-improving activities

## Requirements

**About you**

-   Experience. You have 5+ years of experience in software development within an agile environment and a relevant university degree 

-   Proficiency with React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern front-end development practices 

-   Solid CSS skills, with experience building responsive and visually appealing interfaces 

-   A good understanding of modern UX principles and how frontend engineering decisions affect usability 

-   An appreciation for frontend performance as part of the user experience, including efficient rendering, data loading and handling larger datasets 

-   Awareness of accessibility, interaction patterns, information hierarchy and consistency when building user interfaces 

-   Familiarity with Azure DevOps and working with CI/CD processes 

-   A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement 

-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications, and professional experience, starts from EUR 55,000.00 gross annually.
