# Pediatric Home Health Nurse (LPN) - Augusta, GA - Tuesday - Friday

## Description

-   ne on one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
-   G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care
-   Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition
-   Medication administration and treatments
-   Accurate and timely documentation
-   Family education and caregiver support

Schedule :

-   Tuesday - Friday afternoons: **4:00 PM – 8:00 PM**

**Approximately 16 hours per week**

## Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

-   Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license

Experience

-   **Experience with G Tube feedings is required**
-   Pediatric home health experience preferred
-   Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred

Compliance

-   Ability to pass criminal background check
-   Current negative TB test within 12 months
