-   We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care for a child in their home in Augusta, GA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, following a structured care plan, and making a real difference in a child’s daily life.
-   You will support the child’s comfort, safety, and well-being while working closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care in a calm, supportive home environment.

-   **\- Monday - Thursday (8:00am to 3:30pm)**  
    **Daytime Hours Available**  
    Consistent weekly schedule

**Duties & Responsibilities**

-   Daily Care Support: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
-   One-on-One Care: Provide attentive, individualized care to a child in their home
-   Care Plan Adherence: Follow the established care plan and agency guidelines at all times
-   Observation & Reporting: Monitor the child’s condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or office staff
-   Documentation: Complete required documentation accurately and on time
-   Professional Conduct: Maintain a respectful, caring, and professional presence in the home

## Requirements

-   **PCA or CNA:** CNA applicants must hold a current Georgia CNA certification
-   **Background Check:** Must pass a clean criminal background check
-   **Training:** Willingness to complete agency orientation and required training
-   **Communication:** Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
-   **Reliability:** Dependable, punctual, and able to follow care instructions consistently
