Global Pacific Support is partnering with **one of our valued clients** to find a sharp, results-driven **SEO Specialist**—someone who knows how to turn search engines into growth engines and doesn’t break into a cold sweat when Google rolls out another update.

### **About the Role**

This opportunity is for a client company supported by **Global Pacific Support**. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that drive real visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable business impact. No fluff, no checkbox SEO.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives end to end
-   Perform keyword research focused on intent, not guesswork
-   Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture
-   Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
-   Identify technical issues and work with developers to fix them (calmly, persistently)
-   Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
-   Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with growth goals

## Requirements

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
-   Strong grasp of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building
-   Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
-   Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
-   Able to explain SEO results without resorting to jargon
-   Track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions
