**Standard Duties:**

-   Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain **residential plumbing systems**
-   Run **service calls like a pro** — from first knock to final signature
-   Educate homeowners and confidently **present repair and upgrade options**
-   Deliver **5-star experiences** that turn into repeat customers and reviews
-   Drive a **company-provided van** (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
-   Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed

## Requirements

-   **MN Journeyman Plumbing License** (State of Minnesota)
-   Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
-   Strong residential service experience
-   Comfortable selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
-   Open to service, installs, and **branch-line drain work**
-   Professional, confident, customer-first mindset
