### Our Compensation Plans? Seriously Elite.

-   **20% commission** on services you sell and complete
-   **8–12% commission** on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount)
-   **5% commission** on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades)
-   **Up to $50** per membership signup
-   **1–5% commission** on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical)

## Requirements

-   **1+ year of HVAC experience** (residential preferred)
-   Valid **driver’s license**
-   **18+ years old**
-   Proven **sales / selling experience** in residential HVAC
-   Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset
-   Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment
-   Hungry to learn and level up
-   **Boiler experience = BIG bonus**
-   Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners
