As our Chef, you’ll be crucial in bringing our dishes to life with creativity and skill. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our menu, setting us apart in the Golf and Leisure market by delivering high-quality food that keeps our customers coming back time and time again._  _Within This role, Key Responsibilities are_   - _Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the established menu and quality standards._  - _Work closely with the group chef to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen._  - _Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations._  - _Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes._  - _Support and train other food and beverage staff as needed._  - _Maintain a clean and organized work environment._  - _Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner._  - Manage food inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored, stock control and delivery procedures. ## Requirements _Requirements_   - _Proven experience in a similar role._  - _Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines._  - _Ability to work in a fast-paced environment._  - _Allergen and intolerance knowledge._   - _Excellent teamwork and communication skills._  - _Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes._  - _Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required._  - This role would suit someone with catering experience in a School, Care home or Café environment.
