**Job Function.**

The role includes the management of all machinery, workshops and greenstaff facilities

Ideal candidate to hold or willing to work towards Lantra based qualifications in Golf Course Mechanic

-   Cylinder and rotary mower setup and sharpening

-   Safe equipment operator training

-   Diagnostics skills

-   Electric and Hydraulic systems

Or willing to work towards.

## Requirements

-   Performing diagnostic and repairs/servicing of equipment both in the workshop and in the field when required.
-   Be familiar with a wide range Golf Course equipment.
-   Carry out inspection checks on new and used machines.
-   Candidates will be able to work well on their own initiative and as part of a successful team.
-   Proficient knowledge and qualifications of mechanical and electrical systems to repair and maintain golf course equipment.
-   Customers focused, organised and have excellent communication skills.
-   Driving License.
-   Participate in on-going training as required to keep skills and knowledge up to date.
-   Maintain a clean, organised work area with correct tools.
-   Complete record keeping and job administration for work tasks.
