Your role will focus on partnering with leaders on employee relations, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and organizational topics. You combine empathy with business acumen, balancing the needs of our getolis with the goals of the business. You enjoy building strong relationships, communicating with clarity, and creating structure through consistent processes. As our teams operate in both German and English, you'll confidently facilitate sensitive conversations and provide guidance in both languages. **What You'll Do** - Partner with leaders on day-to-day People topics and employee relations. - Support leaders in challenging conversations, performance discussions, and conflict resolution. - Facilitate mediations and support the resolution of complex interpersonal situations. - Advise leaders on People decisions while balancing employee experience and business needs. - Identify leadership capability gaps and support or facilitate workshops, training sessions, or development initiatives. - Support organizational changes, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness. - Ensure consistent application of People policies and processes. - Support company-wide employee engagements initiatives. - Translate feedback, survey results, and business insights into practical actions and recommendations. - Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to deliver an excellent employee experience. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes and ways of working. ## Requirements - 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or comparable People & Culture roles. - Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive and complex conversations with empathy. - Fluent German and English (C1 spoken and written); you are comfortable conducting difficult conversations in both languages. - A business-minded approach combined with genuine care for people. - Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills. - A structured, process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills. - Confidence in advising leaders and influencing decisions through trust and credibility. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ### **You'll Thrive Here If You...** - Enjoy partnering with leaders to solve complex People challenges. - Can balance empathy with accountability. - Stay calm and objective during difficult conversations. - Naturally build trust across all levels of the organization. - Like creating structure while keeping people at the center of your decisions. - Believe that great communication is the foundation of great partnerships. ## Benefits **Why getolo?** 🌴 Salary & Vacation - Attractive fixed salary - Start with 28 vacation days, with an increase every two years (capped at 30 days).
