## Description

GetPro Painting is seeking a Siding Installer for on-site exterior projects in Livonia and the Metro Detroit area. Pay is $25–$40 per hour (USD). The role involves preparing exterior surfaces, installing siding and related trim, and completing careful repairs and finishing work as directed by the project supervisor.

Responsibilities

\- Review the assigned scope, take measurements, and plan material cuts and layout.

\- Protect landscaping and surrounding property and maintain a safe, organized work area.

\- Remove damaged siding as needed, inspect exposed surfaces, and report deterioration or other conditions requiring additional work.

\- Prepare surfaces and install siding, trim, starter strips, and related accessories according to the assigned system and manufacturer instructions.

\- Follow project details for flashing, weather barriers, clearances, fastening, and sealing around openings.

\- Check alignment, fit, joints, and finished appearance; correct defects and complete punch-list items.

\- Use hand and power tools and access equipment safely, following jobsite procedures.

\- Coordinate with coworkers and the supervisor, report material needs, and clean up debris at the end of the work.

## Requirements

\- Hands-on siding installation or closely related exterior carpentry experience.

\- Ability to measure accurately, make clean cuts, and follow installation details and manufacturer instructions.

\- Familiarity with safe use of relevant hand tools, power tools, and access equipment.

\- Attention to workmanship, weather protection details, and jobsite cleanliness.

\- Dependable communication and ability to work cooperatively with a crew.

\- Ability to travel to assigned job sites and perform essential outdoor installation tasks, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
