Service is an automated consumer advocate. With only an inbox connection, we constantly look for better deals and save consumers money, without them having to lift a finger. Our first area of focus is travel. Today, we get consumers compensation for delayed or cancelled flights, and we track their hotel rates and if the rate drops after they reserve, we get them the lower rate. On average, we save consumers over $300 per year. We are backed by some of the most well known VCs in the world including Founders Fund, Menlo Ventures, 8VC and Maveron.
