### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and cook hot dishes according to menu specifications and company standards.
-   Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of food items meet guests’ expectations.
-   Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and refine menus.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking area.
-   Manage and monitor inventory to avoid wastage and ensure freshness of ingredients.
-   Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
-   Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff and new team members.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Hot Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
-   Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
-   Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
