We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Armed Guards to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents professionally and efficiently.

Position Overview

We have part-time and temporary positions available for Swing Shift assignments. Ideal candidates must be vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling potentially volatile situations with professionalism.

## Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Minimum Certification: Active Level III Commissioned Security Officer License in the State of Texas  
✅ Other Requirements:

-   Ability to pass a **pre-employment background check**
-   Ability to pass a **drug screening**
-   Must be available for **weekend shifts**
-   Prior experience in **law enforcement** **or military service** is a plus

Key Skills

-   Conflict management and de-escalation techniques
-   Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies
-   Strong observational skills and attention to detail
-   Excellent communication for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency responders
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

-   **Patrol assigned areas** to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
-   **Respond promptly** to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action
-   **Conduct security inspections** of buildings, grounds, and equipment
-   **Enforce rules and regulations** related to access control and loss prevention
-   **Prepare detailed reports** on security incidents, observations, and actions taken
-   **Collaborate with law enforcement agencies** when required for investigations or emergencies
