## Description

**Job Purpose:**  
To drive our recruitment strategy, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process. This role will contribute to building a strong employer brand and a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s goals.  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
-   Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
-   Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
-   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
-   Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit for each role.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, analyzing hiring metrics to continuously improve processes.
-   Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market insights.
-   Support HR initiatives related to workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement as needed.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
-   HR certification is a plus.

**Experience:**

-   3-5 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role.
-   Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing high-quality candidates.

**Skills & Competencies:**

-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills.
