## Description

**Job Purpose:**  
The Treasury Officer at GlobalCorp Financial Services is responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. This role ensures effective treasury operations to support the company’s financial stability and strategic objectives.  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
-   Monitor and forecast cash requirements, preparing detailed cash flow reports.
-   Oversee bank relationships, including negotiating banking services and agreements.
-   Execute treasury transactions such as funds transfers, investments, and foreign exchange operations.
-   Assist in developing treasury policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
-   Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
-   Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.
-   Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting and audits.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

**Experience:**

-   2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related department.

**Skills & Competencies:**

-   Strong understanding of cash management and treasury operations.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
