# Senior BI Front End Engineer

## Description

This is a pivotal role where you will hold full accountability for leading our front-end strategy, transitioning into advanced Power BI architectures, and strategically integrating AI capabilities into our business intelligence solutions. We are seeking a high-level expert who can build sophisticated data models and leverage AI to deliver premium, actionable insights that will empower our global leadership to make smarter, data-driven decisions.

### Requirements

-   At least 5 years of experience in BI Front development, with a primary focus on Power BI, complex data modeling, and master-level DAX writing
-   Governance & Security: Proven experience in managing Power BI user roles, workspaces, capacities, and implementing advanced row-level security (RLS) configurations.
-   Back-End & Data Architecture: Proven experience in Back-end development, SQL, designing ETL/ELT pipelines, and building Star Schema database models.
-   Proven experience with QlikSense.
-   Oracle Ecosystem: Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle ERP Fusion
-   AI Technologies: Familiarity with AI tools, generative AI solutions, or experience exploring AI-based automation, agents, or intelligent workflows. 
-   Fluent English – Mandatory.

### Responsibilities

-   In this role, you will become an integral part of the BI Team, enabling advanced analytics, automating workflows, and increasing productivity by partnering with cross-organizational functions.
-   Advanced Power BI Development: Design, build, and maintain high-end interactive dashboards and complex data models within Power BI. Implement robust row-level security (RLS), role definitions, and permission management structures.
-   Back-End Development Support: Partner closely with our Back-end developer to actively develop, optimize, and support database processes, ensuring a seamless data pipeline flow from source systems to the front-end layers.
-   Drive AI Roadmap: Research and design the future integration of AI and LLM agents into our BI ecosystem, preparing our Power BI and database layers for smart automation and natural language querying
-   Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with global business stakeholders to translate complex strategic requirements into intuitive, reliable, and highly scalable analytical tools.
