## Description

We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD module, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

### Requirements

-   Basic knowledge of **SAP SD configuration** (SPRO).
-   Good understanding of **OTC processes** and their management in SAP at a key-user level.
-   Familiarity with **Customer and Material Master Data** and **Pricing**.
-   Familiarity with **LSMW, MASS, and Layout Management**.
-   Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
-   **English — very good level**, both written and spoken.

### Responsibilities

-   Support and train users on **OTC processes** in SAP, including order management, delivery, and billing.
-   Assist with **pricing** configuration and provide basic troubleshooting support.
-   Provide day-to-day user support and manage support tickets.
-   Assist with configuring, testing, and implementing new **SAP SD features and enhancements**.
-   Support ongoing **system maintenance** activities.
-   Collaborate with developers on system changes, fixes, and enhancements.
