## Description

We are looking for a **Lead QA Automation Engineer** to join Telia’s SAP CRM team and take a leading role in building and developing a modern QA automation solution for the SAP CRM and SAP TC domains.

This is a unique opportunity to **build a QA automation framework from the ground up** and help establish a **Gold Standard QA Automation Framework** that can become a benchmark for other Telia teams and units.

### Requirements 

-   Proven experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer.
-   Strong experience with Playwright — mandatory.
-   Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
-   Experience designing and developing automation frameworks and a strong understanding of QA automation best practices.
-   Experience in SAP QA Automation — mandatory.
-   An AI-native approach to software engineering and SDLC, with an interest in applying AI to modern QA practices.
-   Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make a significant impact within a team.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-   Excellent communication skills in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
-   Previous manual testing experience is an advantage.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead the design and implementation of a robust QA automation framework for SAP CRM and SAP TC.
-   Build automation solutions from scratch while further developing and improving existing solutions.
-   Work closely with Telia’s business and IT leaders to promote QA automation best practices.
-   Collaborate with existing QA and AQA teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
-   Educate team members on modern QA concepts, methodologies, and automation practices.
-   Introduce and leverage AI technologies to improve QA processes, automation, and overall testing efficiency.
-   Perform manual testing when required to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality.
