## Description

### **The Role**

We’re hiring for a **Full-stack** **Software Engineer** who’s obsessed with building products that move the world forward. You’ll work across the stack to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power Omniflow’s core experience — where AI, product design, and engineering come together.

### What We Look For

We’re looking for senior engineers who combine deep technical skill, and strong execution to get things done, especially in ambiguous, early-stage environments. You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:

-   Have 5+ years of experience building and operating production software
-   Are genuinely strong across the full stack, frontend, backend, APIs, data modeling etc
-   Demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills, especially in system design, state management, and failure analysis
-   Can drive progress through ambiguity, break vague problems into concrete execution plans, and move things forward without perfect specs
-   Built or worked on an AI agentic builder, AI platform beyond simple prompt chaining
-   Have the perseverance to dig into complex systems, debug deeply, and see problems through until they are actually resolved

### Huge Bonus If You've:

-   Have prior startup experience and dealt with ambiguity and real consequences
-   Designed agent orchestration, tool-calling systems, planning/execution loops, or long-running AI workflows
-   Have strong, experience-backed opinions on why most “AI app builders” fail to produce real products
