## Description

### **Graduate / Junior Operations Role**

**Location:** West Thurrock  
**Salary:** £31,200 + progression  
**Hours:** Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:00am–12:00pm)

### **The Role**

We’re working with a well-established business in the commercial vehicle sector that is looking to bring in a technically minded graduate or equivalent with the intention of developing them into a future manager.

This isn’t a formal graduate scheme, but a hands-on opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. You’ll spend time across different areas of the operation to understand how everything fits together- particularly within the workshop, service, and parts departments.

The long-term goal is for this person to step into a supervisory/management role within the workshop and service side of the business.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Getting involved in day-to-day workshop and service operations
-   Learning how jobs are booked, scheduled, and managed
-   Spending time with different teams to understand processes across the business
-   Supporting with parts, stock, and general operational tasks
-   Gaining an understanding of how a busy commercial vehicle operation runs
-   Building towards overseeing workflow, technicians, and service delivery

## Requirements

-   A technically minded graduate or equivalent
