## Description

**We are looking for labourers to start a project in Bicester Village. ASAP Start**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with general site work including loading and unloading materials.
-   Support skilled tradespeople as required.
-   Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-   Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations.
-   Perform manual tasks such as lifting and carrying.
-   Assist in site set-up and clearance as needed.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a labourer or construction role is preferred.
-   CSCS Needed
-   Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
-   Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-   Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
-   Basic understanding of health and safety requirements.
