## Description

The Gate Pass Officer is responsible for managing all airport access permit processes for employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, equipment, materials, and tools. The role serves as the primary point of contact with airport authorities and relevant government entities to ensure timely processing, compliance, and uninterrupted operational support.

## Requirements

-   Process and manage airport pass applications for employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, equipment, materials, and tools.
-   Coordinate with airport authorities and government entities to obtain approvals and issue airport passes.
-   Review application documents to ensure completeness and compliance with airport regulations.
-   Monitor pass validity and ensure timely renewals before expiration.
-   Maintain accurate records of issued, renewed, cancelled, and expired airport passes.
-   Support operational teams with urgent airport access requests.
-   Coordinate with HR, Operations, Security, and external stakeholders regarding pass requirements.
-   Prepare regular reports on pass status, renewals, and processing activities.
-   Stay up to date with airport authority regulations, policies, and procedural changes.
-   Ensure compliance with all airport security and access control requirements.

### **Qualifications**

-   Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
-   2–4 years of experience in Airport Pass Administration, Government Relations, Airport Operations, or a similar role.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Strong organizational and documentation skills.
-   Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
-   Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
