## Description

At [Goldratt Group](https://www.goldrattgroup.com), we are currently hiring exceptional, results-driven business leaders with strong analytical skills and a desire to drive change. We are looking for team players with integrity, an open-minded attitude to resolving problems, and a
willingness to be accountable for results. We work closely with companies to help them holistically improve their
top-line and bottom-line by improving and synchronizing all aspects of their business.

A few examples include:

_**United States Air Force**_ is deploying Theory of Constraints across its bases worldwide to improve availability of aircraft and streamline operations. We are already achieving great results, including a 50% reduction in scheduled maintenance times at one base and a 50+% increase in daily aircraft availability at another. Our efforts help maintain mission readiness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Air Force.

_**Delta Air Lines’ Catering Operations**_ reported a 75% reduction in number of delays by applying TOC. Collaboration between Delta and its suppliers that run the catering operations was critical to the project’s success. This collaboration, unprecedented in the industry, was achieved by creating win-win contracts, establishing new rules of working together, and setting up agreements on transparency.

_**Utah State Hospital for Mental Health**_ achieved a reduction in its waiting list of patients from ~100 to 15. The average wait times decreased from 168 days to 40, capacity increased 78% and discharges increased 69%. The project involved synchronizing all services to a clinically driven, patient-centered discharge date. It required changes in policies, doctor and psychiatrists’ behavior, and unprecedented collaboration with the courts.
