## Description

We're growing our legal team and looking for a versatile, sharp-minded **lawyer** to take ownership of a broad range of corporate and commercial work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys solving problems independently, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

### Responsibilities:

-   Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with partners, payment providers, and counterparties
-   Providing corporate support across our multi-jurisdictional group of companies, including corporate documentation and entity-level changes
-   Supporting legal review of new product launches and marketing materials
-   Coordinating with external legal counsel across multiple countries
-   Working closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on day-to-day legal matters
-   Helping develop and improve contract templates and internal legal processes
-   Supporting risk identification and pre-litigation matters

## Requirements

-   3–5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate law and commercial contracts
-   Experience at an international law firm (ILF) — 2+ years is a strong plus
-   Sharp critical thinking and the ability to independently navigate non-standard situations
-   High resilience and comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-moving environment
-   Proactive mindset — able to see tasks through without constant oversight
-   English at B2/C1 level or above  
    

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or payments
-   Working knowledge of AML/KYC and GDPR
-   Experience working across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously
-   Comfort using AI tools (LLMs) in day-to-day legal work
