## Description

We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with deep software engineering and backend expertise to lead a small engineering team and take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and engineering quality.

This is a hands-on role — you will drive the technical direction of the team while staying deeply involved in production development, architecture, and solving complex engineering challenges.

You will lead a small cross-functional team consisting of 3 Software Engineers and 2 QA Engineers.

Our core backend stack is Go, so we are looking for someone with strong commercial Golang experience and a solid background in building scalable, distributed systems.

We also expect you to actively leverage AI tools to improve engineering quality, productivity, and development velocity.

Responsibilities

-   Lead the technical direction of the team and own key architecture decisions.
-   Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
-   Stay hands-on with production code and solve complex technical challenges.
-   Design reliable, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems.
-   Lead code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the team.
-   Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and scalability.
-   Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
-   Mentor Software Engineers and support their technical growth.
-   Help increase team productivity and improve engineering efficiency.
-   Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
-   Continuously improve development processes, engineering practices, and delivery quality.
-   Actively use AI-powered development tools to accelerate engineering workflows and improve code quality.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of software engineering experience.
-   Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).
-   Strong backend and software engineering background.
-   Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
-   Strong understanding of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
-   Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
-   Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
-   Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Experience leading engineers and driving technical and architectural decisions.
-   Strong hands-on approach — you are comfortable staying close to the code and contributing to production development.
-   Strong understanding of engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and system reliability.
-   Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development.

-   Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps.
-   Experience building high-load or high-availability systems.
-   Experience with event-driven architectures.
-   Experience with Web3, blockchain, fintech, or other transaction-heavy products.
-   Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI capabilities into production products.
-   Experience with TypeScript / Node.js or other backend technologies.
